General Information

  • Born: Washington, D.C., June 1970; began studying painting in 1994 (I have also studied classical piano for 13 years and voice for four.)
  • Relocated west to San Francisco, California in the fall of 1999 and enjoyed a prolific exhibition schedule in San Francisco, Berkeley, Los Angeles, and Oakland 2000-2006
  • Relocated from San Francisco, CA to the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan April 2007 to pursue the next stage of my career through establishing my art practice within New York’s Visual Arts Community

  • 30 exhibitions 1998-2010 (7 Solo Exhibitions) in San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles, California and New York, New York
  • Founding member and Lead Staff Writer for San Francisco Art Magazine, 2001-2002 with 30 published articles documenting emerging artists in San Francisco and 2 academic reprints by Brown Reference Group. I also served on the Creative Board of SFAM from 2004-2008
  • Program Director of the Visual Arts Program at a large not for profit gallery in San Francisco, 2002-2003
  • 74 works sold to private collectors and corporate collections now residing in such varied cities as Austin, Arlington, Berkeley, Bethesda, Boston, Columbus (OH), Los Angeles, New York, Oakland, Jacksonville, Miami, Raleigh, Richmond (VA), Rockville, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, St Augustine, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C.
